1. Higher Temperature Resistance
The PA ferrules can withstand temperatures up to 130°C , while PP ferrules can only withstand up to 105°C. This makes PA ferrules ideal for applications in warmer environments, such as industrial plants and technical installations.

PA ferrules can absorb up to 3-4% moisture , which increases their flexibility and makes them resistant to environments with varying humidity. This increases toughness and reduces the possibility of cracking under mechanical stress.
6. Higher Tensile Strength
With a tensile strength of 75 MPa, PA ferrules retain their shape under high pressure and are ideal for applications where strong seals are required.
7. Shock Resistant at Low Temperatures
PA ferrules maintain their strength and flexibility at low temperatures, unlike PP ferrules, which can become brittle in cold environments.
8. Long-term Crawling Resistance
PA ferrules are less likely to deform under prolonged loading or pressure, which ensures their long-term stability. This makes them particularly suitable for applications where long-term mechanical strength is required.
